Do I get a plus one?
Chances are, if your plus one is invited to the ceremony and dinner reception, they've already been emailed directly and named in your written Save-the-Dates. Otherwise, we're very sorry but we can only make room for you at the moment.
We're having a very intimate wedding with only a few guests, each carefully selected. This is partly because of space restrictions, and partly because we don't want to meet people for the first time at our wedding. We do hope you understand.
That said, you are more than welcome to bring your plus one to the party, after dinner! The more, the merrier. Just let us know ahead.

What do I wear?
Glad you asked. Dress code is fiesta formal.
What does that mean?
Essentially, the event requires formal dress that is appropriate to the warm weather and overall feel of Mexico. We also kindly request that you stick to our suggested color tones, inspired by the town of Valladolid.
Formal dress suggests something slightly less formal than black tie, but more formal than your casual cocktail hour.
He should wear:
A light jacket and trousers. Should you opt out of a jacket, please make sure you are wearing a dressy shirt. Barong Tagalogs are very welcome too. No shorts, please. And definitely no flip flops allowed.
She should wear:
A long dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress. Again, the dress code is not black tie so try not to come like this. But please don't show up looking like you're going clubbing either. Yikes.
It goes without saying, but we'll say it anyway: please don't be that asshole who tries to upstage the bride by wearing white. Shame on you.
What are the details of the ceremony?
By when should I RSVP?
Please RSVP as soon as you can.
If you need to procrastinate, please make sure you get back to us by 10 January 2019 at the very latest. Otherwise, we'll assume you're not coming.
What can I get you two as a present?
We fully appreciate how much it costs to get to Mexico from wherever you are in the world. So please know that presents are absolutely not necessary.
Should you choose to be extra generous though, please consider that we will have to fly all the way back to Australia with whatever you get us. ♡
What will the food be like?
Mexican all the way (with some Filipino flavors thrown into the mix, of course!).
If you have any deadly food allergies or restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible, and we'll try our best to accommodate.
Is there a wedding hashtag?
Nah, keep it.
Please tag us or email us any photos and videos you take, though! We'd love to see them. ♡
